Covid-19

I have covid, can I reschedule?

Covid has transformed our every day life from the way we work to how we gather.

If you have booked an event with R & R Party Rentals and contracted covid, R & R Party Rentals will allow you to reschedule the event one time in the year that you booked, if the wedding is in fall 2022 then you have up to spring 2023. R & R Party Rental does require that you schedule your event 2-3 months prior to your new date. Remember that others might have already booked your new date and they will have priority.

Can I change my order?

Orders will remain the same as original, if the event changes location please notify R & R Party Rentals. If the location is further than original location of the event an adjustment will be done to original delivery fee and a new delivery fee will be applied.

Is there a Delivery Fee?

Yes, delivery fee will depend on distance from R & R location and will be applied to all products and services

Can I Pick Up?

Yes, proper transportation will be needed to carry specific items. R & R does have the authority to deny anyone if they feel the transportation is not etiquette

Does R & R Set Up & Tear Down

Yes, set up and tear down fee is additional for items such as tables, chairs, and linens. Tents will include set up fee in the price.

Is there an Unloading Fee?

Unloading fee is applied when making deliveries above ground level, below ground level and more than 50 feet from delivery truck. Unloading fees are determined by each order and may change by product being carted. Unloading fees is normally 15% of the contracted agreement, however may be changed based on conditions of land and distance

Does R & R Require a Deposit?

Yes, 50% of the total will be required to reserved.

Is the Deposit Refundable?

No, the deposit is non-refundable

Does R & R Process Credit/Debit Cards?

Yes, R &R does process credit/debit cards and a processing fee will be applied to total.

Can I add/remove from the invoice?

Yes, you can add to invoice if items are available. To remove items or decrease quantity up to two months prior to the

event, with the approval of R & R Party Rentals.

When is the Balance Due?

Balance is due a day prior to event

Drop off Time/Pick Up Time

Drop off time will be scheduled the week of the event. We can drop off as early as the evening before if R & R Party Rentals has availability. Tents will be set up between 1-3 days priors to the event if venue allows. Pick up will be next day unless arrangement has been done with customer to not pick up next day.

Same Day Pick Up

Same day pick up will be an additional fee, same day is considered if items need to be picked up after 3pm of the same day dropped off.
