Is there a Delivery Pick Up Fee?
Please note that a delivery fee will be applied to all products and services, and the exact amount will depend on the distance from R & R Party Rentals' location.
Can I Pick Up?
Please be advised that certain items may require proper transportation arrangements. R & R Party Rentals reserves the right to deny transportation if it is deemed unsuitable or inadequate.
Does R & R Set Up & Tear Down
Please note that set up and tear down fees are additional for items such as tables, chairs, and linens. However, tents include the set up fee in the price for your convenience.
Is there an Unloading Fee?
An unloading fee will be applied for deliveries above ground level, below ground level, or if the delivery location is more than 50 feet from the delivery truck. The unloading fee is determined based on each order and may vary depending on the product being transported. Typically, the unloading fee is 15% of the contracted agreement, but it may be adjusted based on the conditions of the land and distance.
Does R & R Require a Retainer?
Yes, 50% of the total will be required to reserved.
Is the Retainer Refundable?
No, the retainer is non-refundable
Does R & R Process Credit/Debit Cards?
Yes, R &R does process credit/debit cards and a processing fee will be applied to total.
Can I add/remove from the invoice?
If items are available, you can add them to your invoice. Requests to remove items or decrease quantities can be made up to 30 days prior to the event, with the approval of R & R Party Rentals.
When is the Balance Due?
Balance is due a day prior to event
Drop off Time/Pick Up Time
Delivery times are scheduled during the week of your event. If availability allows, R & R Party Rentals may deliver as early 1-3 days before your event. Tents are typically set up 1–3 days in advance, depending on venue permissions.
Pick-up is generally scheduled for the day after your event unless prior arrangements are made for a different time.
Please Note: Rehearsals are not included in the standard event rental period. Therefore, we do not guarantee delivery before rehearsal times.
If you need a specific delivery time, you can select our On-Time Delivery option at checkout. This premium upgrade allows you to choose a delivery time slot (subject to availability) and prioritizes your delivery on our schedule.
If you select our Standard Delivery, your delivery will be added to our optimized route and scheduled 1–3 days before your event, along with other nearby orders.
Same Day Pick Up

Same day pick up will be an additional fee, same day is considered if items need to be picked up after 3pm of the same day dropped off.
